I like energy drinks manly because it says to my brain "stop". It helps a lot of.. . If you are  maniac in thinking… bipolar… depressive such thing like "stop" it helps a lot of. It doesn't help with all the shit in life… but it helps with the inner life..   Energy drinks create the illusion that you are exercising.




- As for beginners

1 drink for a day 
(Then go and do other BULLSHIT activities.. . No need for running.. jumping… jump Jack's.. . Ducks… dips… push pull… push ups…)



- As for intermediate

2-3 drinks for a day
(Here we are talking not about a bullshitter… but an exercise in the frame of 2 hours at least… begginers… swipe it off… intermediate are trying after all… Exercise of 2 hours costs a full package of damage also known as 2-3 energy drinks.. .)



- As For Advance

5-6 drinks for a day 
(We are talking about Energy Drinks)
